Education Board Weighs Teacher Incentives

Becoming a teacher in Idaho could become a little more attractive. The State Board of Education is considering financial incentives, such as forgiving student loans or offering grants, for people who decide on a career in the classroom. The board is meeting this week in Pocatello to discuss this issue. For such a measure to become law the legislature must approve it first. - Full Story
