City agrees to pay Moir $73,625Thursday, June 8, 2006; BFHThe city of Bonners Ferry has agreed to pay Bob Moir $73,625 to settle a two-year-long battle over Moir's property near the visitor center parking lot, Mayor Darrell Kerby said Monday.
