IHFA lending ceiling reaches $300,000

In less than two weeks, the cap on home loans by the Idaho Housing and Finance Association could increase to $300,000. "It only needs approval of the board," said Susan Semba, director of ownership lending for IHFA. She was in Coeur d'Alene Thursday for a lunch to recognize real estate agents who have represented a total of 81 buyers who purchased their homes with IHFA financing.
