Man convicted of manslaughter may have to pay child supportMonday, February 26, 2007; KHQA northern Idaho man convicted of accidentally killing a motorcyclist will be sentenced in April. A Bonner County jury convicted 20-year-old Oly Lee Morris of vehicular manslaughter earlier this month. Idaho State Police say Morris was westbound in a Mitsubishi and began making a left turn into the path of 52-year-old Daniel Patrick Krmpotich. Morris could also be ordered to pay support to Krmpotich's underage children and lose his driving privileges. - Full Story |
