Student violates judges order after threatening studentThursday, October 16, 2008; BFHChris B. Jones, 18, now faces going to prison. Jones was sentenced last month for breaking into two vehicles on June 11 in the Bonners Ferry city parking lot. He was placed on five years probation. One term of that probation is that Jones was told he must complete high school in Bonners Ferry. If he failed to do so, District Judge James R. Michaud told Jones he could be ordered to serve the entire two to four years of his suspended prison sentence. - Full Story |
