A survivor speaks of cancer

Breast cancer kills one million women annually, including about 7,000 Canadians in 1997. In 1960, one in 20 women developed cancer. The odds have gotten worse with each succeeding year. Maria is one of the people in Boundary County trying to live through it, and she'd like to share what she's learned so far.
