Moyie Mud Bog

It's time to get dirty again. The Moyie Mud Bog is this weekend October 13-14-15, 2006. The event runs from about 10:00am till dusk each day. Admission is $20 and the wrist band must be worn at all times. This event offers free parking, free camping and lots of mud.

"You want to be as loud as you can and get through there with a lot of mudslinging"

The child in each of us enjoys playing in the mud and you can do it big here at the Moyie Mud Bog. Particapants try to drive their trucks, cars and jeeps through a 100 foot long pit filled with almost 3 feet of mud. The spectators get to enjoy watching as the vehichles slide around and get stuck only to have the heavy equipment come in and tow them out of the muck. There are some rules for everyone's saftey....No ATV's, No Glass and No Dogs.

To get there take Highway 95 north and turn right onto Highway 2 heading east. Go 5 miles and turn left at the Moyie Store onto Moyie River Road. The Moyie Mud Bog is approximately 2 miles down that road....just look for the Mud. For more information call 208-267-7457.
